Goodbye Chris Webber. The 76ers completed a buyout of Webber's remaining contract. It's kind of shame things didn't work out with Webber, but he is clearly a shadow of the dynamic player he once was. I remember receiving a call from brother informing me about the Webber trade. I was ecstatic and thought AI finally had a solid teammate. Unfortunately, he has been plagued with injuries and another Billy King trade fails. Thankfully, the 76ers bit the bullet and are continuing to clean house. He is a smart player with great hands and if he can find a team that doesn't require him to move, he will contribute.
